Privacy Policy

DartMate is a darts scoring app for iPhone. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no ads, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. This policy explains the small amount of data involved in running the app and selling DartMate Pro.

Who we are

Data that stays on your iPhone

Your name for the caller, your onboarding answers, settings, players, matches and stats are stored only on your device. We never receive them. Voice calls are generated on the device. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Purchases (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to process and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions. When the app starts, RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID generated on your device, your purchase and subscription history from Apple, and basic technical information such as app version, device model, OS version, country and language. We use this only to unlock DartMate Pro, restore purchases and understand how many people subscribe. RevenueCat acts as our service provider; see revenuecat.com/privacy. Payment details are handled by Apple and are never shared with us.

Apple Ads attribution

If you installed DartMate from an Apple Ads advertisement, the app collects an attribution token from Apple's AdServices framework and sends it to RevenueCat, which exchanges it with Apple for campaign-level information (for example, which campaign or keyword led to the install). This does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not require tracking permission, and is not used to track you across other apps or websites.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, DartMate schedules one local reminder the day before your free trial ends. It is created on your device; no notification data is sent to us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data.
• We don't show ads or use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
• We don't collect your contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone.

Retention and your rights

Purchase records are kept by RevenueCat while needed to provide your subscription and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK and California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete data about you, or to object to its use. Because we don't know who you are, include the anonymous ID or your purchase receipt when you email us, and we'll handle your request within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

DartMate is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, mention it in the app's release notes.
