Subscriptions
- Cancel: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › DartMate. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal or the end of the free trial.
- Restore a purchase: open DartMate › Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
- Refunds: Apple handles all payments. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Common questions
- I can't hear the caller. Turn off silent mode, raise the volume and check that "Voice caller" is on in the match setup.
- How do I enter a score? Tap a quick score (26, 41, 60, 100, 140, 180) or type the 3-dart total and press ENTER. Use Undo to correct a visit.
- Why didn't my score count? It was a bust: the visit went below zero, left 1, or reached zero without a double. DartMate shows "Bust" and keeps your previous score. See how busts work.
- Are my stats backed up? Matches and stats are stored on your iPhone only. Deleting the app deletes them.
